Integrative Medicine

Integrative medicine is an approach to healthcare that combines conventional methods and treatments with complementary practices and therapies. The goal of integrative medicine is to holistically address your health and well-being—taking into account the physical, emotional, and mental components.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) originated in China and has been practiced for thousands of years. It is a holistic approach that honors the interaction between body, mind and spirit, as well as harmony with the environment.
TCM is based on several fundamental principles, including: Qi: Qi is the vital energy that flows through the body. Yin and Yang: TCM believes that everything in the universe has a yin and yang polarity. Yin refers to the feminine, cold and passive, while yang refers to the masculine, hot and active.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is based on the flow of vital energy, called qi, through the body. The proper balance and flow of qi is believed to be essential for health and well-being. According to acupuncture, disease and discomfort occur when there is an imbalance or blockage in the flow of qi throughout the body. Acupuncture helps to relieve pain, reduce stress, improve hormonal balance, strengthen the immune system, and improve sleep.

Ayurveda Massage

Ayurveda massage is a form of massage therapy that originated from the ancient traditional medicine of India. Ayurveda massage helps to balance the doshas, which are the three energetic principles in Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Benefits associated with Ayurveda massage include deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved circulation, relief of muscle tension, detoxification of the body, and promotion of overall balance and harmony.

Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition is an approach to food and nutrition that considers a person’s overall well-being including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It is based on the idea that food and nutrients are fundamental to overall health and honors the connections between food and other areas of a person’s life.

Conscious Breathing

Mindful breathing is a practice in which you pay deliberate and conscious attention to your breath. It consists of directing the attention towards the inhalation and exhalation in an intentional way, focusing on the physical sensation and the patterns of the breath. Benefits include stress reduction, improved sleep quality, increased immune response and greater body awareness.

Yoga

Kundalini is a form of yoga that focuses on awakening and channeling the Kundalini energy, which is believed to reside at the base of the spine. By practicing Kundalini Yoga, one seeks to balance and strengthen the nervous system, stimulate the pituitary gland and pineal gland, and promote greater awareness and spiritual connection.

Family Constellations

Family constellations are based on the idea that each individual is part of a larger family system and that there are invisible loyalties and hidden patterns within that system. These patterns can affect you on an emotional, relational, and sometimes physical level.
Through the family constellation, we help you reveal and heal the underlying dynamics, and allow energy to flow more harmoniously within the family system.
The ultimate goal is to facilitate reconciliation, understanding and conflict resolution, and to promote emotional healing and well-being in the individual as well as the overall family system.

Energetic and Emotional Therapies

Energy Therapy is a therapeutic approach based on the premise that problems and challenges in a person’s life may be related to blockages or interferences at the spiritual or energetic level. This therapy seeks to identify and release these interferences to promote healing and personal growth.
